Holy Spirit Related Small Group Studies
We do a series on the Holy Spirit almost every year because we want to stir up the work of the Spirit. We can’t make the Spirit blow, but we can put up our sail and catch the Spirit when it comes. We want to focus specifically on the charismatic gifts – those gifts that can be controversial – but are part of what Jesus left us.
In this series we will look at one of Paul’s gift lists (1 Cor. 12:8-10). This list, like Paul’s other lists, are not exhaustive lists. We are going to lean into this list because it includes a list of gifts that are often misunderstood, neglected or misused in many churches. At the end of this series we want people to view these gifts as desirable (1 Cor. 14:1), to seek the Spirit for them, and to begin to practice them. This series will allow the church to understand the gifts of the Spirit, to receive the gifts of the Spirit, and to practice the gifts of the Spirit.
OUR DESIRE IS FOR EVERY SMALL GROUP TO FOCUS THIS SEASON ON GROWING IN KNOWLEDGE, CONNECTION, AND EXPERIENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Sermon Series
Based SG Study
This six-week written study follows along with the topics of our sermon series. It provides the structure for small groups to examine the spiritual gifts through scripture, discussion, and practice. It also prioritizes giving people in the group a chance to get to know each other through thoughtful questions.

Holy Spirit Labs
Listening to the message on Sunday keeps us connected to the Word through hearing about prayer, but how do you do it? Through this small group Lab, you will learn to feel God's empowering presence, hear God's voice, and to practice praying for others. Hands on experience will offer you practical ways connect with The Holy Spirit and others through prayer for healing, experiencing God's Kingdom on earth, and against spiritual warfare. Improving prayer life improves life.

Life in the Spirit
Step outside the confines of our church building and experience the Holy Spirit in real life. Every weekend we worship God, read His Word, and experience the Holy Spirit, but there is so much more to the Christian life. This is an opportunity to discuss ways to maximize your God-given potential and follow the path of Jesus by living lives of humble submission to the will of God. You will discuss practical ways to experience and follow the Holy Spirit and expand the Kingdom, while acknowledging the truth that we all fall short of His glory.
