What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual Direction is a form of pastoral care that helps a follower of Jesus grow in communion with God. A spiritual director offers thoughtful questions, observations, and room for reflection and prayer, all for the sake of you. This sacred space helps you grow in communion with God by noticing your life, naming how God is present and active, and choosing how to respond to God.
Through monthly one-on-one direction you will be able to contemplate, share your gratitude’s, longings and frustrations, and learn practices that will be a pathway of discipleship for mature Christian living.

It has been said that our spiritual maturity and our emotional maturity go hand and hand. We cannot have one without the other. Spiritual Direction helps you to make room for the parts of your spiritual life that need attention, discernment, and nurture as you grow as a follower of Jesus.
